By accessing or using Facility Solutions Group, Inc. (FSG)’s ProTracker platform and its related applications, including TechApp and Supervisor App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
Use of the Platform
ProTracker, owned by FSG, is a private workforce management and business operations platform provided exclusively to authorized organizations and their approved users. Access to the platform is restricted and may only be used for legitimate business purposes related to workforce management, scheduling, attendance tracking, communication, and other authorized organizational activities.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must provide accurate information and promptly notify their organization or administrator of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to use ProTracker in a lawful and responsible manner. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with system operations, distribute malicious software, misuse company information, or engage in activities that may compromise the security or integrity of the system.
Communications and Notifications
By providing contact information and using ProTracker or related applications, users consent to receive operational communications, including email notifications, SMS messages, and system alerts. These communications may include PTO request confirmations, approval notifications, scheduling updates, attendance reminders, account-related alerts, and other organization-related messages necessary for platform operation.
Text messaging (SMS) program. Participation in the ProTracker SMS program is voluntary and requires affirmative opt-in. You enroll by providing your mobile number and taking a deliberate action to agree — for example, selecting an unchecked consent checkbox during registration or in your notification settings. The checkbox is never pre-checked, and consent to receive SMS is not required to be employed by FSG or to use ProTracker for its core functions.
  • Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and role.
  • Message and data rates may apply. FSG does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a one-time confirmation and then no further program messages. Reply START, or re-enable text notifications in your settings, to opt back in.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. You must have a compatible mobile device and an active wireless plan capable of receiving SMS. You confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours (or that you are authorized to use it) and agree to notify us promptly if your number changes or is reassigned.
Data and Information
Information entered into ProTracker must be accurate and complete to the best of the user's knowledge. Organizations are responsible for managing the information they provide through the platform and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Use of Personal Devices (BYOD)
This section applies whenever you access ProTracker or conduct company business on a personal device you own or control ("Personal Device"), including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
By installing or using ProTracker, TechApp, or Supervisor App on a Personal Device, providing your mobile number, or otherwise using a Personal Device for work, you voluntarily consent to use that Personal Device to send and receive employment-related communications and to conduct company transactions. This includes text messages, push and in-app notifications, and email (such as PTO approvals, schedule and shift changes, reminders, and management messages), as well as transactions performed in the platform such as clocking in and out, submitting time and location records, PTO requests, tool and material tracking, work-order and job updates, and electronic signatures and acknowledgments. Electronic acknowledgments, approvals, and signatures you make on a Personal Device are valid, enforceable, and attributable to you. Use of a Personal Device is not required as a condition of employment unless FSG separately provides or requires a company device.
If you use a Personal Device, you agree to keep the device's operating system and the application reasonably up to date; secure the device with a passcode, PIN, or biometric lock; protect your login credentials and not let others use your account; not use jailbroken, rooted, or otherwise compromised devices; and promptly report a lost, stolen, or compromised device to apphelp@fsgi.com.
Company data accessed or stored on a Personal Device remains the property of FSG. To the extent permitted by law, FSG may access, manage, or remotely remove ProTracker company data and the application from a Personal Device — for example, to protect company data if the device is lost, the account is compromised, or your access ends. FSG does not seek access to your personal content (such as personal photos, messages, or apps), and where a remote removal is limited to the application and company data, it should not affect your personal content; you remain responsible for backing up your own personal data.
You are responsible for your own device, wireless service, and any voice, message, and data charges your carrier imposes, unless FSG provides a stipend or reimbursement under a separate policy. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent to use a Personal Device for work, and FSG may revoke your access, at any time; withdrawing consent may limit your ability to use ProTracker and receive related communications.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, logos, designs, and related materials associated with ProTracker remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
Service Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted service, ProTracker does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform. Maintenance activities, system upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
ProTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. Users and organizations assume responsibility for the proper use of the system and the information entered into it.
Suspension or Termination
Access to ProTracker may be suspended or terminated at any time if a user violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unauthorized activities, or if access is revoked by the user's organization.
Modifications to Terms
ProTracker reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the platform and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Users agree to comply with all laws applicable to their use of the platform.
