PRIVACY POLICY

At Facility Solutions Group, Inc. (FSG), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when accessing and using the ProTracker platform and related services. ProTracker is designed to support workforce management and business operations while maintaining appropriate safeguards for the information entrusted to us.

ProTracker is a private business application used by authorized organizations and their approved employees, managers, administrators, contractors, and other users. The platform is not intended for public use, and access is restricted to individuals who have been granted authorization by their organization.

ProTracker may collect personal and business-related information necessary to provide workforce management, scheduling, attendance tracking, communication, and operational services. This information may include user contact details (including mobile phone number and email address), account information, employment-related information, workforce records, mobile messaging data (such as SMS opt-in status and message delivery results), SMS opt-in and opt-out status, and system usage data required to support organizational operations.

The information collected through ProTracker is used to provide and improve services, manage user accounts, process attendance and PTO requests, facilitate communication, maintain system security, support workforce management activities, and meet the operational requirements of participating organizations.

ProTracker and related applications, including the ProTracker Tech App, may send SMS messages, email notifications, and other communications to authorized users regarding account activity, PTO requests, approvals, scheduling updates, attendance notifications, security alerts, and other business-related matters. These communications are intended solely to support organizational operations and service delivery and are not promotional or marketing messages.

When you opt in, ProTracker sends recurring, operational text messages related to your work and use of the platform, which may include PTO request approvals or denials, schedule and shift notifications, clock-in/clock-out reminders, tool and material tracking alerts, and other operational or administrative messages.

Text messaging is enabled only through your affirmative, opt-in consent, given in the ProTracker Tech App (mobile app). You enroll by entering your cell phone number and selecting the unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the Tech App registration screen or, after registration, by switching on the “SMS OPT IN” toggle on your profile page. The checkbox and the toggle are off by default and are never pre-selected, and SMS consent is presented separately from acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of using ProTracker for its core functions.

Text message preferences are managed entirely within the ProTracker Tech App, in two places: the registration screen and the profile page.

When an employee registers in the Tech App for the first time, the registration screen asks them to create and confirm a password and to enter a cell phone number. The screen shows two separate, unchecked checkboxes: one to agree to receive text messages from FSG, with the full consent language displayed beside it, and one to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. SMS consent is off by default, and the employee must select the SMS checkbox themselves to opt in. Consent is not required for employment or app use.

On the profile page, the employee can turn text messages on or off at any time using the “SMS OPT IN” toggle. Switching the toggle off stops all text messages to that number. Switching it on again re-enrolls the employee to receive the recurring automated and operational text messages described in this policy at the phone number shown on the profile page. Employees can also reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and role.

Message and data rates may apply. FSG does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.

You can cancel at any time in either of two ways: (1) reply STOP to any message, or (2) switch off the “SMS OPT IN” toggle on your profile page in the ProTracker Tech App. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message (when you reply STOP) and no further text messages from us. To opt back in, switch the toggle back on in the ProTracker Tech App or reply START.

Consent to receive SMS text messages is optional and is not a condition of employment or of using ProTracker. Consent is obtained only through the unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the ProTracker Tech App registration screen or the SMS OPT IN toggle on the profile page, which you select or switch on yourself, and it is never assumed, pre-selected, or provided on your behalf by an employer or administrator. Text messages may include PTO requests and approvals, scheduling, attendance, account activity, and other workforce management functions. Users may withdraw SMS consent at any time as described in the SMS and Communications section above.

ProTracker does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. Access to information is limited to authorized users and personnel with a legitimate business need.

To support platform operations, ProTracker may utilize trusted third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, messaging services, technical support, and other operational functions. These providers are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards and use information only for authorized purposes.

ProTracker reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or platform functionality. Any updates will be posted on this page and will become effective upon publication.
