Introduction
At Facility Solutions Group, Inc. (FSG), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when accessing and using the ProTracker platform and related services. ProTracker is designed to support workforce management and business operations while maintaining appropriate safeguards for the information entrusted to us.
Private Platform
ProTracker is a private business application used by authorized organizations and their approved employees, managers, administrators, customers, contractors, and other users. The platform is not intended for public use, and access is restricted to individuals who have been granted authorization by their organization.
Information Collection
ProTracker may collect personal and business-related information necessary to provide workforce management, scheduling, attendance tracking, communication, and operational services. This information may include user contact details (including mobile phone number and email address), account information, employment-related information, workforce records, mobile messaging data (such as SMS opt-in status and message delivery results), and system usage data required to support organizational operations.
Use of Information
The information collected through ProTracker is used to provide and improve services, manage user accounts, process attendance and PTO requests, facilitate communication, maintain system security, support workforce management activities, and meet the operational requirements of participating organizations.
SMS and Communications
ProTracker and related applications, including TechApp, may send SMS messages, email notifications, and other communications to authorized users regarding account activity, PTO requests, approvals, scheduling updates, attendance notifications, security alerts, and other business-related matters. These communications are intended solely to support organizational operations and service delivery and are not promotional or marketing messages.
Program description. When you opt in, ProTracker sends recurring, operational text messages related to your work and use of the platform, which may include PTO request approvals or denials, schedule and shift notifications, clock-in/clock-out reminders, tool and material tracking alerts, and other operational or administrative messages.
How you opt in. Text messaging is enabled only through your affirmative, opt-in consent. You enroll by providing your mobile number and deliberately agreeing to receive messages — for example, by selecting an unchecked consent checkbox during registration or in your notification settings. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of using ProTracker for its core functions.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and role.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. FSG does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.
How you opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending program messages. You may continue to receive non-marketing transactional messages where permitted by law, and you may still receive operational notices through other channels (such as in-app or email). To opt back in, re-enable text notifications in your settings or reply START.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
The consent language presented at the point of opt-in reads substantially as follows:
User Consent
By providing contact information and using ProTracker or related applications, users acknowledge and agree to receive communications necessary for the operation of the platform. Consent to receive SMS text messages is obtained separately through an explicit, affirmative opt-in — a deliberate action such as selecting an unchecked consent checkbox — and is never assumed or pre-selected. Users voluntarily provide their information through their organization and understand that such communications may include SMS notifications regarding PTO requests, approvals, scheduling, attendance, account activity, and other workforce management functions. Users may withdraw SMS consent at any time as described in the SMS and Communications section above.
Information Sharing
ProTracker does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes, and are never sold or rented. Information may be shared only with authorized organizations, trusted service providers supporting the platform (such as our SMS delivery vendor, acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages), or when required by applicable laws and regulations. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to protect the security, integrity, and proper operation of the platform.
Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. Access to information is limited to authorized users and personnel with a legitimate business need.
Third-Party Services
To support platform operations, ProTracker may utilize trusted third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, messaging services, technical support, and other operational functions. These providers are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards and use information only for authorized purposes.
Changes to This Policy
ProTracker reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or platform functionality. Any updates will be posted on this page and will become effective upon publication.
